| Welcome to the official web site for Tayport Instrumental Band, a
Brass Band based in Tayport, northern Fife, Scotland. The Band was founded over
100 years ago, and is still going strong, with a regular complement of over 25
members, some from as far afield as Canada! As well as participating in brass band contests, the band does a significant number of engagements throughout the year both inside and outside its local community. You'd probably be surprised at the wide range of music which a modern brass band such as Tayport has to offer - from classics to the big band sound! Whether you're responsible for organising an outdoor summer fete, or in-house carol singing for your hotel during the Christmas season, Tayport Band can provide what you need.
